Minority Communities
|
A historic minority community reinvestment report on
Northwest Jacksonville, Florida, was completed by the
Institute on Assets and Social Policy,

Brandeis University for the War on Poverty Florida, Inc.
War on Poverty Inc., (founded by the Florida
Minority Community Reinvestment Coalition and now it's own
non profit) and Brandeis University have teamed up in an
effort to create a mechanism that will assist in the
development of assets for impoverished Florida minority families and
communities that have been economically left behind. War on Poverty will work with Florida
minority communities in the development of an "asset
needs assessment" that will aid financial institutions
and local governments in specific community reinvestment
